Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 14 calendar days of receiving them. To qualify:
- Items must be unused
- In their original condition
- Returned in the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made, personalised, or commissioned artwork
- Digital downloads (e.g. patterns or templates)
- Opened kits or supplies that are not in resalable condition
How to Return an Item
To request a return, please contact us at victoria-ellen.art@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 21 working days
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include a photo of the issue
- We’ll arrange a replacement or offer a full refund, including return postage
Return Shipping
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
- Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item
